ACTPATH (also referred to as ActPath and actpath), including:

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve
the Services.
Depending on how you use ACTPATH, we may collect:

- Account credentials

- Notes, images, documents, and other content you upload

We do not intentionally collect unnecessary personal information.
Camera Access
ACTPATH requests access to your device’s camera only when you choose to take
a photograph for upload within the application.
The camera is never accessed without your action, and photographs are never
captured automatically.
Push Notifications
ACTPATH may request permission to send push notifications to your device.
These notifications may be used to provide reminders, account updates, or
other information related to the Services.
You may enable or disable notifications at any time through your device
settings.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

We use Supabase to securely host and store application data,
including databases and uploaded files such as images and documents.
Stripe
Subscription payments are securely processed by
Stripe.
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store complete
credit card or payment information on our servers.

Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information
to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Information may be shared only:
- With trusted service providers that help operate ACTPATH (such as Supabase and Stripe);

- To protect the rights, safety, or property of IAPS, our users, or others;
- To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Data Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational
security measures to protect your information.
All communication between your device and our Services is encrypted using
HTTPS/TLS.
Although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we
continually work to maintain appropriate safeguards.
Payment Security
Subscription payments are securely processed through Stripe using encrypted
connections.
ACTPATH and IAPS do not store complete payment card information.
Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Services,
meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized
where appropriate.
Managing Your Data
Users may delete information, documents, images, and other content directly
within ACTPATH.
Deleting your content does not automatically delete your ACTPATH account.
Account Deletion
To permanently delete your ACTPATH account, submit a request through our
